Hosted by the new York City Brewers Guild, the NYC Beer week is in full swing in case you have missed it. This year participants compose an impressive list of local brewers, all on display around the city at different days.

Bronx Brewery, Brooklyn Brewery, Eataly Birreria, Flagshipbrewery, Gun Hill Brewing Co., Heartland Brewing Co., KelSo Beer Company, Rockaway Brewing Company, Sixpoint Brewery, Transmitter, Big Alice Brewing, Finback Brewery, The Keg & Lantern, Threes, Greenpoint Beer & Ale and Bridge & Tunnel


Be sure to visit the WQXR’s Classical Beer Jam, located at The Greene Space, 44 Charlton Street, Thursday at 7pm-8:30pm. For the more adventurous head to Greenpoint Beer & Ale Co, located on Brouwerij Lane, 78 Greenpoint Ave, on Friday the 26, starting at 6pm.

One of the highlights is the largest event during beer week, the The Cask Fest and Award Gala, at Altman Building, 135 W. 18th St., Chelsea, kicking off at 6 pm on Saturday 27. If you are a VIP you can come a bit earlier.

This event is featuring as massive 150 cask beers, so bottoms up everyone. There will be food from great local restaurants as well. You can also enjoy your beer while watching the awards for best brewery, bartender etc.

The event will round up on Sunday showcasing the best of the best of NYC brewers at Ignite Brooklyn Beer Community Celebration, 7 N. 15th St., Greenpoint.
